My son adores Cars and Cars 2. He is 7 and has decided to sell his toys he no longer plays with. Now it is a race to get them listed and sold on eBay so he has money for Christmas and school holidays.

I am racing to finish our games room (shed) so we can fit all 24 people in for opening presents Christmas morning.

My little man is a HUGE cars fan. I felt so bad that we didn't make it to the cinema before they stopped showing Cars 2.

New quilts for children's beds to adorn,

Spent hours piecing and sewing
And placing 'just there,'
One is done, the other not quite

We're racing to fall pregnant before Christmas so we can give our gorgeous Miss 3 the little brother or sister she (and we!) so desperately want! What a perfect Christmas present it! The race is definitely on & hopefully we'll arrive at the finish line by December 25th!

Presents to buy and carols to sing,
Cards to create and cookies to bake,
Lights to hang and pudding to make,
Food to be bought and the tree to trim,
Despite all the rush we think about Him!
The one who arrived all those years long ago,
God's Son on the Earth because He loves us so!
As we race around doing all that we do,
Let's pause and reflect and say 'Thank you.'
Thank you for Christmas and thanks for Your love,
Thank you for sending Your Son from above,
Thank you for family and thank you for health,
Thank you for friends and our relative wealth.

I'm racing to finish summer pyjamas for my two Grandsons....not ordinary PJ's but I am embroidering Cars characters on them - I know the boys will be delighted - Finishing Line and Checkered Flag for me coming up!!!!! (and hopefully smiling faces and hugs for Nana)....

writing up lists, some for Santa to see.
all the decorations to get
my time limit has not been met!

Got no jingle, got no jangle!!

I'm on a race to finish.... nope got nothing! Not really in a race for anything this year, I'm excited for Christmas, I'm all organised as well, I'm just hoping I win a PS3 for the hubby then I get a ipad!!
