Awwwwwwwww.
My brain can't cope with the loss of human life, let alone the loss of so many animals...
The photos and stories of this fire... just breaks my heart. We're praying for the families who have lost so much.
This is such a beautiful picture. I totally forgot about koala bears. Isn't that sad. They are so sweet. I love this photo.
Happy WW!
That is really sweet
boy he must have been thirsty to accept a drink like that...koalas rarely drink at all.
Great pic.
Oh That's so Sweet.
I had such a busy week that I never looked at the media. We had something like 1600 fires in CA this past summer. I almost just couldn't bear too. To think these were arson. It's too horrid, all the devastation and people losing their lives and living.
Thanks for sharing this. Happy WW
That is such a great picture.
that's a great photograph. I have been keeping up with the news and just cannot believe what has been happening in Victoria. I hope that all those people who have lost homes and families and friends manage to rebuild their lives.
That is so touching...and thanks for the links to donate. Such a horrible tragedy.
I heard 1,000,000 animals might be affected /dead.
I saw the picture somewhere Googled info on it , then saw it heaps of places. Then the radio host was talking about it just after I posted it ...it will become a widespread one I think.
I was wondering about that....all the reports here give the appalling numbers of human losses, but I hadn't heard a single comment on the wildlife lost, and the loss of their habitat....it's terrifying.
I saw the photo somewhere else today??? It is just such a fabulous photo despite such tragic cicumastances
OMG! What a photo. The poor koala must have been so desperate to drink from the water bottle.
Its just so sad to read all the stories in the news from the bushfires. Animals can't tell their stories but its just as sad for them.
awww....that is the cutest thing I have ever seen....
So sad about all the fires though...and all the people who have lost their lives...
AWWWW! That is so sweet!
I love that picture. What a sweet firefighter. I think fire fighters are my favorite heroes. You always see them doing really caring things for people (and animals apparently). Great picture!
I can't even imagine the amount of wildlife lost too. This is so sad! I heard that arson is to blame for some of the fires. That is just horrible.
That is so neat and very touching. Thank you.
It is an incredible photo! I'm surprised the koala would let him get that close and give him water.
My heart goes out to the hundreds affected by this tragedy!
That is an amazing photo. I hope they get that fire contained soon.
I love this pic. I saw it on the news, and the whole situation is just heartbreaking.
Heartbreaking what is happened. Great photo.
I just got around to blogging about the bushfires myself...what a horrible tragedy. It's hard to comprehend the statistics...
