Crust Gourmet Pizza - Once bitten , Smitten -WIN a {Friday Night Off} kit

How does a night off cooking sound ?
It's every mother's dream ...
What is the favourite take away meal in our house after hot chips ?
Pizza.

I was so excited for the opportunity to try Crust Gourmet Pizza. The pizza everyone is talking about - I've heard so many good things about it on twitter and read all the reviews.

I ordered in store so I watched the Crust Pizza guys in action. You can order online or by phone as well. They have Gluten free and wholemeal base options as well on some pizzas and even healthier menu options.

I saw the amazing display of fresh ingredients on display at the shop front window (totally behind glass). The staff were very generous with toppings and they were fast and neat. They were very friendly too. They were topping up the display with more fresh ingredients in new trays as I watched.

About 2 mins after I placed my order my brother called to place an order with me - So I ordered extra pizza for my Brother and his family.

As we live a little too far to enjoy it hot at home I was planning on giving my Mum a night off cooking too and sharing it with her (she lives close to the Penrith store). So we had a Family Night in but out with the my extended family.

It was so hard to resist sampling a piece right away - the aroma coming from those cardboard boxes was amazing!

kid's chicken & pineapple with real chicken
ham & pineapple

Crust recently launched their Kids Meal range,  a 9″ inch pizza in a choice of three flavours : Ham And Pineapple, Chicken And Pineapple, and Cheese and organic juice.

I drooled over  chose the Peking Duck : marinated Peking duck breast, steamed bok choy, shallots and sesame seeds, with a hoisin base and garnished with fresh chilli  (They used whole ones we could remove them without any burning)
Hubby had the Wagyu Beef, Asparagus, Red Capsicum, Shallots & Marinated Tiger Prawns on a Tomato base, drizzled with Hollandaise sauce, served with Salt & Cracked Pepper. Well we all tried it so he didn't get much ...

Crust Pizza really was the most delicious pizza we have all tasted - all the kids agreed.

My Brother paid for a Meat deluxe from Meat range and Crust Supreme and they were was also a winner. We still had leftovers for the next day. The Caesar salad with Chicken was delicious.

My boys at five years old didn't finish a whole pizza but they ate every bit of the 2 slices that had - a first, plus the topping stayed intact and didn't slide off !
Did I mention they have desserts

Now that i've got your attention ...

One lucky winner will receive an incredible Crust *Friday Night Off kit which includes
2 x Upper Crust {Super Gourmet} pizzas, 2 x kids pizzas with organic juicebox, 1.25 l soft drink, salad and 4 desserts, pack of UNO cards and a DVD for Mum & Dad.

Ohhhh it all sounds divine and they do gluten free as well?
A pre made gf pizza would be heaven for me
So pick me!, pick me !!!!!!
I am a big fan of the gourmet pizza, when we were child free in London we used to go out regularly to a lovely little pizza place that liked to mix up the flavours a little! Now we very seldom eat out and take-away is a thing of the past unfortunately due to budget constraints, but I do make my own pizza dough! I recently borrowed a friends bread maker which can knock up a delicious dough in under an hour and my favorite toppings have been hoisin duck using hoisin sauce instead of pizza sauce and topped with Peking duck, spring onions and shredded cucumber, SO good. I also made a meat-free option using bechamel sauce instead iffy pizza sauce, topped with roasted butternut and caramelised onion, heavenly!

I've just started my weightloss challenge to lose 30 kg. This of course means changing my diet. But my husband and son still have to eat - skinny buggers! Winning a night without cooking means I don't need to slave in the kitchen for them and they don't need to eat tinned soups! The pizzas will fill them up and I won't feel guilty about not giving them something delicious.
My recent post Mummy Panics: Dude, Where’s My Car?
My gourmet pizza is banana, chicken and pineapple with corn and BBQ sauce - don't knock it until you try it! So goooood.

My recent post Wordless Wednesday ~ My Little Boy Blues
Try this amazing pizza:
Slow cooked lamb, fresh tomatoes, pickled lime, yogurt, dukkah and mint, its so delicious.

This would be an amazing prize to win, we are huge pizza fans in our house hold and love to try new things.
If I win we will use it and have dinner in the city with my brother inlaw and his family. There is not a lot of options for takeaway here unless you are a fan of Macdonalds so winning this would be a real treat.
My favourite toppi g on a pizza would have to be pumpkin and feta. Had it many years ago before gourmet pizza was all the go.
I totally love Mediterranean food, so I would make a European style pizza with the following toppings: grilled eggplant, sun dried tomatoes, bocconcini cheese, feta cheese, spinach, garlic, olives, barbecued lamb, and herbs such as oregano and pepper... Yummo!
There'll be no need for hubby to 'Rome' because the best tasting pizzas from Crust are at home.
With our five boys
we have to be super careful with what they eat
as they all have issues with preservatives and colours
so a night off from cooking is very rare for us!
To have someone make a meal
and have them deliver it to our front door
sounds too good to be true!
Please tell me if they can make a pizza
that our boys can eat?
One with veggies galore
as we don't like to eat any red meat
One with pumpkin and fetta
or even vegeatarian delights!
You could say that I would be happy for evermore!

Cheers
Lisa

Trish, I'm drooling! We don't have Crust out here, the local pub does do a nice takeaway pizza though!
We tried Crust for the first time while we were in Sysney for Christmas, the Muddy Girls loved it, as did we! Think we'll be making a return visit on our next trip to Sydney.
My recent post Hi, This is.....

Having these is not helping my new year resolution.

My gourmet crust pizza might sound a bit weird, but it's perfect for me! I get the Crust sweet potato pizza with no cheese because I am allergic to dairy. Then I add the wild mushroom mix, sea salt and pepper. It also has cherry tomatoes, capsicum, and red onions. YUM!!
Oh please pick me! I would love to treat my boys to some yummy pizza before they head back to school, and me of course, we all need a break from the school holidays!
xx
I'm a huge fan of Crust Gourmet Pizza because of their restaurant quality pizzas being delivered piping hot to our door. What's more, I don't have to leave Sydney to enjoy exotic pizza flavours anymore! With Chinese New Year fast approaching, I'm already missing the food that I grew up with. Good thing Crust Gourmet Pizza have just what I'm craving for. So, my choices would be
1st half- Five Spice Pork Belly and Pear Slices with rockets, walnuts and balsamic glaze on a tomato base.
2nd half- Peking Duck breast fillets and Bok Choy with shallots & sesame seeds with lots of chilli on a hoisin base.
That's just divine! I'm drooling now....
My divine choice would be greek roasted lamb with herbed & gartlic potato slices topped with swirl of sour cream, rocket and pine nuts.
Why should I win I am no more deserving than any of the above but it's our anniversary soon and the way to my man's heart is through his stomach, we can stay home and no one has to cook !
Your post made my mouth water! If there is one food I could eat day and night its pizza. The other day I had the most amazing lasaña pizza! Delicious!
