Wordless Wednesday ~ Keeping Calm

Worrying is like a rocking chair, it gives you something to do, but it gets you nowhere. ~ Glenn Turner

I like your quotes for today. The one about worry is so true. We can waste so much time and energy rueing the past or being fearful about the future but neither get us anywhere since we can't change the past nor predict the future. In focusing on the yesterday and tomorrow, we then waste our todays with worry. I often have to remind myself of that.

How true about worries! Instead of worrying we should be concentrating on and enjoying the moment we are living in.

What a great rocking chair/ verandah/view. I'd be sitting there to do my praying as much as possible! I pray that God will help calm your worries.
I hope everything is ok.

Love how relaxing the rocking chair looks. A good book, a blanket and a coffee & I'd be in heaven.
