The neighbaas are lambing -These twins are just two of the cute - At my brother's place too - he said most of the Ewes have twins and some triplets. bAA

So no lamb on the menu for months now.

I know we have them next door and my brother has some on agistment from his neighbour 50kms away. We have such mild winters and rarely have graziers alerts.

I feel so guilty when I see them, watching me ! I know eat lamb I know though.
That Lamb shank was from Hunter Valley and the best I've ever had.

Oh goodness, when I was little about 8, I raised a lamb, he followed me everywhere, I feed him with a bottle and then.....then....one day I came home and he was gone.....gone I say.

I ask, where did he go and noone would say. Then one day I was sent to the freezer for a package of meat and lone behold, I see on the packages "LAMB", it was "MY LAMB" Joey, and needless to say I was devastated and heart broken and have never,,,,never eaten Lamb again!!

What a gorgeous photo of the lambs. We have a Shaun the Sheep theme day at home today, so was funny to read this post - fitted the theme!
